Long before borders were drawn and crowns were weighed, Gogo Amekia stepped away from the noise of cities and chose the rhythm of the water. She has lived through more cycles than most can imagine, not by clinging to time, but by moving with it.
Known affectionately as Mama Gogo, she is considered by many to be the wise one of Kemi — though she would laugh at such a title. To her, wisdom is not possession, but circulation.
Once of the Camu hills, Gogo and her sisters devoted their lives to keeping balance across the lands. When kingdoms hardened and power began to calcify, she chose exile by choice rather than force, settling in the Nu Jahri Water Islands where flow still governed life.
Her loyalty is not to thrones or banners, but to Kemi itself — its people, its rhythms, and its survival. Though she holds vast knowledge of the scrolls, she rarely intervenes directly. When she does, it is because all other paths have failed.
